Services

JJJD Design is a 1-stop shop. The service is so comprehensive that you will not have to deal with anyone else during the design process. JJJD Design takes care of all facets of the design, up until submission to the building surveyor.

JJJD Design will handle the following on your behalf:

  • Navigating the planning scheme
  • Dealing and liaising with local councils
  • Engaging and liaising with the required external consultants

At JJJD Design your initial design brief will be carefully considered.
To achieve the parameters of your brief, we will apply the principles of straight flowing circulation, functional spaces, thermal efficiency, and cost-effective construction ideas.

JJJD Design does not rely heavily on engineers. We believe that in order to develop a functional and effective design, the structural component should be considered from inception. For this reason, at JJJD Design all Preliminary Structural Drawings will be completed as part of the service.

The service at JJJD Design is just that, a service. Although alternative design ideas from your brief may be suggested in the preliminary design phase, your initial design brief will be the sole focus of the design and will not be disregarded for personal preference or opinion.
